The location was top, not very far from a traditional street food court. And it was also just next door to shin-yokohama train station, and malls.

Excellent location near the Onpanman museum and a variety of restaurants, plus a convenient shopping mall and a well-equipped convenience store nearby.

I had a great stay at a hotel conveniently located near Shin-Yokohama station. The staff was excellent, always ready to assist with any needs. The rooms were generally quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, there were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, making it very convenient.

The Shin Yokohama Grace Hotel is a stylish and exceptionally comfortable place that we thoroughly enjoyed for its magnificent location. the hotel is very close to the center of Yokohama and a variety of shops, including BIC Camera. the breakfast was delicious, offering a great selection of food.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay in Yokohama. We were just steps away from the Shin-Yokohama train station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious compared to other Japanese hotels and the bathroom was very clean. Despite only having one restaurant, the nearby eating options were excellent, offering a variety of choices. Although the room was a bit small, the price was reasonable and provided great value for money. I highly recommend the Shin Yokohama Grace Hotel for its location, cleanliness, and value.

We got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our short stay. The location was superb, with Shin Yokohama train station just steps away. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if the breakfast options were available until 9am as advertised. By 8:30, the bay maries were being turned off and the clearing up had already started, so if you wanted to fully enjoy breakfast, you had to be there before then.
